Our services are personal and arranged in advance. This page explains how changes, cancellations and refunds work.

Bookings

All bookings are arranged ahead of time. Once your booking is confirmed, please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel it.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel a booking by contacting our team before the agreed time. We always try to be flexible and find a time that works for you.

Refunds

Because our services are personal and booked in advance, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something was not right, please contact us and we will do our best to make it fair.

Any advance amount is fully covered by our private, no-questions-asked approach.
